Description: The terrain consists mainly of hills, valleys, cliffs and deep drainage lines which form seasonal streams at times i.e. very rocky ground with sparse grass/fynbos vegetation. Safety: virtually inaccessible by foot due to the terrain and the height above sea level. Also no rural settlements are anywhere near the property. For peace of mind as a lockup and go weekend getaway the property is very safe.

It offers an affordable getaway waiting for someone to place their own stamp of approval on it as far as a dwelling/s is concerned. The property has 360% panoramic views of the Baviaanskloof Mountains to the north and the Tsitsikamma Mountains to the south.
