About Monika Gaybba

Following my career as a Registered Nurse, in 1997 I joined ERA Drostdy Grahamstown and have been an Estate Agent ever since . I try to attend as many training sessions, workshops, conferences as I can. A highlight being the National Association of Realtors (NAR) conference in America 2005 attended by over 35 000 Realtors from around the world. In 2001, I successfully completed the ERA Top Gun training programme and hold the National Certificate in Real Estate. At the end of August 2004 I started the Grahamstown office of Independent Property Consultants (IPC) – the first franchise nationally. Having invested in several local properties before becoming a property consultant, as a Principal agent, I am fascinated by Real Estate and enjoy my work enormously. My son Richard, being part of the business, gives clients the benefit of a family team looking after their interests intensely and empathetically. Until recently, my husband Brian, a retired Rhodes University academic, assisted me hugely - and lovingly - to manage a busy office.
